A computer engineer from Pune University and an alumnus of SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Nalini made a conscious shift towards the social sector. Her areas of interest and expertise include Skill Development & Livelihoods, CSR Strategy, Partnerships and Communications & Innovations. One of the few Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioners in the development sector, Nalini is also a LEAD Associate.
