Setu' means 'bridge' in 'Sanskrit' and our aim is to leverage the power of collaborations to bring about CHANGE at SCALE. SetuWorks collaborates with corporates and civil society organizations to develop strategies and tools to address and overcome challenges in the social development ecosystem. We understand the process of development, the process of communication and their combined power to bring about change when these processes interact.
Our core verticals are - Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Consulting and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Consulting and Strategic Communications.
We focus on developing and delivering effective and strategic interventions which have a high corporate social value. We provide end-to-end solutions in the CSR & DEI space, be it Need assessment, Market Research, Partner Identification and Selection, Program Design, and Tools and Metrics to track efficacy of interventions. We also leverage our deep understanding of the development sector to help organizations boost their strategic communication, an area often overlooked. We implement this for our partners through customized tools and mediums and help them in sharing the transformations that are witnessed as an outcome of their social interventions.
About Our Founder
Nalini Kaushal, Founder & Director, SetuWorks is a culturally literate contributor with over 19 years of national and international experience ranging from leading learning and development functions to social development programs with corporates like UBS, Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), TATA AIA, GEMS group (UAE). Academically, a computer engineer from Pune University and an alumna of SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Practitioner, she consciously made the shift to work in the social sector.
Nalini's last corporate stint was with UBS as India Head - Corporate Social Responsibility & Philanthropy where she was responsible to deliver on UBS India's CSR mandate and also drive grant making through the UBS Optimus Foundation. During her stint at HUL, she was instrumental in developing & leading their largest community development (CSR) program - ‘Prabhat’, directly impacting 1.7 Million lives across 30 locations in South Asia.
Her areas of expertise include conceptualization and leading execution of Sustainable Developmental Initiatives, Strategic Planning, Stakeholder Management, Brand Management and Strategic Communications. She has conceptualized and led large scale interventions involving multiple public and private sector organizations and wide array of stakeholders.
